Project Early Start
Project Early Start is a home-based early childhood program serving families with children from ages newborn to 3 years old. The program is meant to help parents become more skilled at parenting and confident of their own capabilities in meeting their children's physical, developmental and emotional needs. We want parents to enjoy their parenting responsibilities, while helping their children grow to their full potential. The program provides informative and supportive parenting groups, links to other supports in our community, enjoyable learning activities.All families in Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Jamestown, Tiverton, and Little Compton are eligible for this program.
