NEW FALL WOMEN'S RECOVERY GROUP
Child & Family will begin a Women's Recovery Group, for women ages 20-80 with 3 months sobriety. It will run for 10 weeks starting September 15, 2010 from 6:00-7:00pm at the Child & Family Counseling Program, 31 John Clarke Road, Middletown, RI. The group is an opportunity for women to focus on themselves and what they need in recovery.

Some topics include:

  • Needs for recovery
  • Maintaining a support group
  • Expressing feelings
  • Creative self
  • Having fun in sobriety

Call Child & Family's Counseling Program to set up a required intake appointment prior to the start of group at 401-848-4199. Insurance is accepted or $30 per individual session for the in-insured.

The Program is facilitated by Janice Schwartz, CAGS, CGS, MA, LMHC, RCS, LCDPII

When and where
Most individual, group and family sessions meet at our offices but some sessions for families in crisis meet in your home or in another community setting. After-school and evening appointments are available to meet your busy schedule.

As a Child & Family client, you can call (401) 849-2300 24 hours a day for help. After hours, emergency calls are fielded by our answering service and routed to our on-call staff.
