Thank you to all who have participated in Child & Family’s Holiday Giving in years past. Your support and dedication to our mission is very much appreciated. 

On behalf of Child & Family, we invite generous people like you, your family, your friends, and your colleagues to participate in our Holiday Giving Program. We are collecting toys, gifts, and clothing for children in need and daily necessities such as hats, cleaning supplies, and toiletries for our older clients. (We kindly ask that you please ensure all items are new with tags) 

You can participate in various ways:  

• Our Adopt-A-Family program with specific wish lists to fulfill 
• Purchase items from the list below for our senior clients  
• Make a monetary gift to support our clients during this holiday season  

Our Holiday Giving will kick off on October 18, 2023, and continue throughout the holiday season. 

Adopt-A-Family with children’s specific wish lists: 

This year, we are using the Roonga platform to simplify the process. Follow this link to go to Child & Family’s Adopt-A-Family Holiday Program, register, and choose your wish lists for children in need. If the button above does not work, paste this into your browser: roonga.com/childandfamilyriholidaygiving23  

Roonga will provide you with a child’s gender, age, clothing size, and a wish list for each child in the family/families you choose. Next, you shop for the child/children whom you select. Please provide 3 to 5 gifts per child and a Walmart or Stop & Shop gift card for the parent/parents to purchase holiday food and other gifts.  

Please remember to register as a donor first and then let the shopping, wrapping, and spreading of joy begin!  

When you choose the wish list(s), Roonga will provide full instructions. Please be sure to read the Purchasing Guidelines and Drop-Off Details.  

Please note: Drop-off dates are Monday, December 4 – Friday, December 8, 2023, at 31 John Clarke Road, Middletown, R.I., between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 

Necessities for older adults in our Aging Well program: 

If you would like to support our older clients, visit roonga.com/childandfamilyholidaydrive23 or use the list below as a guide for items they would find most useful and please deliver them to Child & Family, 31 John Clarke Road by Friday, December 8, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. 

(Please note that we are requesting new items with tags to ensure the health and safety of our clients.)

Child & Family raises money year-round for some of the most vulnerable people across the state. Your financial support is crucial to our mission. If you want to participate in our Holiday Giving program with a contribution to help families in need, please consider making a gift HERE and select “Holiday Giving” from the drop-down menu.
