The Dine Experience

Dine  – Includes Taste, Seating begins at 7:45pm, Bellevue Ballroom ($225 pp)
This expanded culinary program celebrates the spirit of collaboration in our community. First, stop in and mingle among friends, have a taste or two and stroll the silent auction in the Viking Ballroom. Then, take your Taste experience to the next level with an elegant seated dining adventure. Five of the areas acclaimed chefs will collaborate to produce an original four course chefs’ dining experience, paired with wines. Learn about their creative process and the collaboration between food and wine from local experts. A Live Auction featuring a select number of special items will be held during the dinner. Elegant wines, tableside service and unique culinary insights celebrate the spirit of Taste this year.
