Enhanced Outpatient Program

enhanced_outpatient Our Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) is an intensive, home-based program for children and families struggling with a variety of intense issues.

We employ dedicated clinicians to provide support for many situations including serious emotional disturbance, behavioral problems, mental health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.), autism spectrum diagnoses, substance abuse, domestic violence, poverty and more.

The program begins with an assessment of the child and family, before formulating a treatment plan. We then utilize a home-based strength model to provide a wide range of assistance and resources to the family in order to avoid separation as a result of hospitalization or other out-of-home placement. Later we provide outreach family counseling to clients with a variety of treatment interventions. A plan is developed, implemented and continually monitored for each family served.

All service components are coordinated through Child & Family with the local community, the family’s natural supports, the child’s school, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and other service providers.

Our clinicians are assigned clients through various insurance-funded programs, including Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS), Center for Evaluation and Program Improvement (CEPI), Crisis Assessment and Intervention Team (CAIT) and others. If you feel you or a family you know would benefit by speaking to us and learning how we can help, please contact us today with your concerns.
