Our goal is to help you acquire skills to cope with your current challenges, whether they are internal struggles, personal relationships, or issues related to school or work situations.

Individual counseling focuses on increased self-understanding to work through an issue that negatively affects your ability to work, love or enjoy life.

Couples counseling assists with communication between partners.  It utilizes tools for sharing, giving, receiving and acceptance so that couples have healthier relationships.

Family counseling works to bond parents and children while teaching self-discipline, self-respect and effective communiction skills

These counseling services are based out of our Middletown and Providence locations, local schools and sometimes private residences.  Our dedicated staff helps hundreds of individuals and families with counseling services each year.  We offer flexible payment options based on your personal income and we accept Medicaid, TriCare plus most major insurance companies.  Through donor support some of our clients may qualify for partial assistance.  All inquiries are confidential.  Child & Family clients have access to our 24-hour hotline, and after hours all emergency phone calls fielded by our answering service and routed to our on-call staff.  Trust us to be available in your time of need.
